We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Assistant for our business located in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative, organizational and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The Office Assistant will be expected to maintain the front office environment, greet visitors and answer phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Moreover, they will assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies, managing records, scheduling meetings and appointments as well as providing administrative support for various projects.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative role. They must possess excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of MS Office applications is required, as well as strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once is a must.
