Executive Chef - El-Fujairah

We are a well-known catering business in El-Fujairah with a reputation for excellence. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team and help us continue to deliver the best service to our customers. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 per month.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing new menus on a regular basis to keep up with customer demand
• Working closely with the other chefs to ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved at all times
• Ensuring all ingredients meet health & safety standards
• Monitoring portion control, waste reduction, stock levels & storage procedures
• Supervising & training kitchen staff & delegating tasks as necessary

Qualifications & Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive chef in the catering industry or similar environment
• Good knowledge of international cuisine & current trends in food preparation & presentation
• Experience cooking for large groups or events is desirable but not essential • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
