Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Assist in day to day office operations including filing, organizing, photocopying, preparing reports, scheduling meetings etc.
- Receive incoming calls, emails and other correspondence as appropriate and direct them to the relevant department/personnel as necessary.
- Ensure that all communication is promptly responded to in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies inventory including stationery, equipment and other items as required.
- Assist in organizing company events such as conferences, seminars, workshops etc.
- Provide support to other departments when needed.
