Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an ability to remain flexible in their approach to tasks, and excellent time management skills. They should also be able to coordinate projects to ensure that deadlines are met while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management or related field
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello is a plus

Job Duties
• Identify project objectives and develop strategies for completion
• Gather requirements from various stakeholders and create detailed project plans
• Monitor progress of the project against timelines and budgets
• Manage changes within the scope of the project while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor performance of team members against established goals; provide guidance where necessary

Qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or related fields. They must have excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
