We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills to be considered for the position.

Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Phlebotomist
• Must have current certification as a healthcare professional
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient with computers and other medical equipment

Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate blood collection procedures according to regulations.
• Follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff from infections.
• Label and store specimens in accordance with protocol.
• Process specimen samples in laboratory for analysis.
• Conduct quality control checks on equipment used in the lab.

Job Description:
As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, accurately labeling specimens, and recording patient information into database systems. You will also be required to process the specimens for testing, handle inventory management duties, troubleshoot lab equipment issues, review protocols for accuracy, and ensure that all safety standards are met during patient interactions.
