Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in managing people and a passion for excellence.

This position offers a salary of 1600 and is open to immigrants as well.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to successfully manage multiple projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership qualities and will be expected to lead a team effectively and encourage creative thinking.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing strategies to achieve organizational objectives
• Overseeing daily operations of the business
• Preparing reports and presentations for upper management
• Hiring, training, motivating and evaluating employees
• Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
• Managing budgets and financial plans
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and other business partners

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience managing people
• Proven experience leading teams effectively
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
