Job Title: Bank Teller
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1000 AED per month

Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as a Bank Teller in our Abu-Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, strong math and organizational abilities, and a basic knowledge of banking procedures. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, loan payments, checks cashing etc.
• Process loan applications or credit card applications in accordance with bank policies
• Balance currency cash drawer daily by counting the total currency & verifying against all daily transaction reports
• Provide safe deposit boxes access services to customers and change combination locks when necessary
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts or other financial products
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints while maintaining proper etiquette

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience as a bank teller is beneficial but not required
• Ability to understand and explain complex financial information clearly
• Ability to use computers & software programs related to banking operations
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally & in writing
