Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1700 per month. We are open to considering applications from overseas candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, identify and screen candidates through different recruitment channels such as job fairs, agencies, referrals etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates as well as existing employees
• Create job postings/advertisements that accurately reflect the role requirements
• Interview applicants in person or via Skype/telephone to evaluate their qualifications and ensure they meet the required criteria
• Negotiate remuneration packages with successful applicants
• Prepare recruitment reports for management review
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in our database

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • At least two years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition role • Proven ability to source passive candidates through various channels • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
