We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for various roles in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month, and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The primary responsibilities of the Recruiter will include:
• Developing job descriptions and posting them online
• Using various recruitment methods to source candidates, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screening resumes and conducting phone or video interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Negotiating offers with successful candidates
• Maintaining updated records of all applicants
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Advising managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.
