Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy. This includes cleaning guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in a safe and efficient manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising housekeeping staff, as well as setting standards for the quality of service.

Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong leadership qualities; and a keen eye for detail when it comes to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The successful candidate must also be comfortable working with guests from diverse backgrounds, as well as with members of their own team. In addition, knowledge in Health & Safety regulations is essential.
