Executive Chef – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary team at our restaurant, creating innovative menus and expanding our catering business.

The successful candidate should have excellent culinary skills and at least 3+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen. We are open to considering a foreign candidate with no experience. The salary for this position is 1600 QR/month.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and exciting menus that will appeal to customers while maintaining quality standards
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen staff
• Responsible for purchasing ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food preparation follows health and safety guidelines
• Monitor food costs and inventory control processes
• Work with other departments to improve customer service
• Train, coach, motivate, and manage kitchen personnel

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a professional kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of cuisine styles from around the world
• In-depth understanding of food safety standards and procedures
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
