Land Surveyor

We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be experienced in conducting land surveys and have a proven track record of success. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 SAR per month.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment, such as global positioning systems and laser scanning devices, to measure land features and collect data
• Interpret survey data to create maps and drawings that accurately portray the surveyed area
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other staff to ensure accuracy of survey results
• Plan survey projects, research records for legal boundaries, calculate distances, areas, and angles as needed
• Prepare reports on survey findings and write statements that describe the physical characteristics of land
• Monitor site changes to ensure accuracy in survey results

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Surveying or related engineering field
• Excellent knowledge of surveying software and hardware systems
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Ability to interpret legal documents related to boundaries (deeds, surveys, etc.)
• Good math skills and strong attention to detail
