Job Summary:
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources. The analyst must be able to identify patterns and trends within the data sets that can be used to drive decision-making within the organization. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills as well as strong communication skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of statistical software packages (SAS, R) is preferred
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and summarize it into meaningful conclusions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
