Job Title: Petroleum Engineer

Salary: 1200 (negotiable)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing extraction methods from oil and gas wells, ensuring optimal production of resources, and providing technical expertise in all aspects of petroleum engineering. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop and implement drilling programs that meet operational guidelines while optimizing production from oil and gas wells
• Monitor the well performance throughout its lifespan, making adjustments to maximize production
• Analyze data from well logs to ensure safety protocols are being met
• Prepare engineering reports on the status and progress of the wells under management
• Identify potential problems with existing operations and providing solutions to improve performance
• Evaluate new technologies that could improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Monitor costs associated with drilling, completing, producing, and workover operations on a regular basis

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field of study
• At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of Petroleum Engineering or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of drilling engineering principles, processes, regulations, safety protocols, economic analysis techniques, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Information: We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
