Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1800 AED/month

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of projects in order to ensure the successful completion of all tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables and quality assurance;
• Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of project tasks;
• Develop and maintain project plans/schedules;
• Monitor project progress against objectives and take corrective action as needed;
• Develop business cases for new projects;
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project elements;
• Analyze complex data and present results in a clear manner;
• Proactively identify risks/issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Project Management);
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience with Agile methodology is preferred but not required;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
