We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant including staff management, customer service, menu development and budgeting.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a restaurant environment. They should possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers. They should also have strong problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure. Additionally, they should be familiar with all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, health and safety regulations as well as customer relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and training staff, managing budgets, creating menus and maintaining high standards of service quality. They will also need to ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. In addition, they should possess excellent business acumen with the ability to develop strategies for increasing profits as well as reducing costs.

We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role who can show proof of legal residency in UAE with valid work permit.
