We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai and manage our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about the restaurant industry, have a passion for food, and have excellent organizational skills.

This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant business and would pay a salary of 1300. We welcome foreign applicants for this role.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing the restaurant, including overseeing daily operations, maintaining high quality standards in all areas, leading a team of staff, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for tracking sales and profits, ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed, creating marketing strategies to promote the business, developing menus to appeal to customers, and managing costs within budget.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service as well as possessing strong negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers. They must also demonstrate strong leadership abilities with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while working under pressure. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also an asset.
