Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1100 SAR per month
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to produce maps and plans of the land. We are open to considering candidates from abroad.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys on land to measure terrain features and create topographical maps
• Analyzing survey data and preparing reports
• Collecting, checking and verifying data collected from survey sites
• Establishing control points with precision instruments such as laser levels, total stations or theodolites
• Interpreting legal descriptions of property boundaries
• Compiling information for use in reports and designs
• Identifying potential boundary disputes and resolving them through negotiation with landowners or other stakeholders
• Ensuring accuracy of all data collected and reported
• Keeping up with advances in technology related to land surveying practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field required
• Previous experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role preferred
• Knowledgeable about land surveying techniques, procedures, theory and methods
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions accurately • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong problem solving skills • Valid driver’s license • Fluency in English is required.
