Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current customers, developing relationships with new customers, and driving sales growth through the promotion of products.

Duties:
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of the markets and customer needs in order to identify potential sales opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery of goods
• Negotiate terms of sale and pricing agreements with customers as needed
• Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities by promoting products through various channels
• Analyze market trends in order to make informed decisions regarding product selection and promotional activities
• Ensure that all promotional materials are up-to-date and properly displayed at customer locations
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that stock levels are sufficient for customer demand

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role in retail environment
• Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, forecasting methods, etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult customers or situations effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
