Demands for the Candidate:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Sous Chef in an international restaurant
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• Certification from a culinary school is desirable
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

General Job Description:
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high quality standards are met at all times, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, supervise kitchen staff performance, coordinate with other departments when necessary, order ingredients and supplies as needed. Additionally you will be responsible for creating new recipes based on customer feedback and developing menus according to seasonal changes. You will also assist the Head Chef with any additional duties as necessary.
