We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails. They will also be expected to carry out other general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and can think on their feet; someone who is organized and pays attention to detail; someone who is comfortable working independently but also knows when to seek guidance or advice from colleagues. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and a degree in business administration or similar would be beneficial but not essential.
