Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest quality of cuisine is served.

Responsibilities
-Plan, prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
-Order ingredients as needed
-Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
-Provide training and direction to junior kitchen staff
-Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
-Develop new recipes and suggest new menu items
-Maintain accurate records of daily production
Qualifications
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Chef or Cook
-Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
-Familiarity with health codes, regulations, and sanitation standards
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
