Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established international company and take on a challenging role with a competitive salary.

Requirements for Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Office Assistant or equivalent position
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Willingness to learn new tasks quickly
• Flexibility for overtime when required
