We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen operations, while ensuring quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, experience in international cuisine and a passion for creating great food. The ability to lead and motivate a team is essential. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop menus that are creative and appealing, while maintaining high-quality standards
• Create daily specials that reflect the latest trends in international cuisine
• Oversee the preparation of all dishes, ensuring that meals are presented according to the established standards
• Monitor the performance of all kitchen staff, providing guidance as required
• Manage food costs to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure the kitchen complies with all safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and processes
• Knowledge of international cuisines and their respective cooking methods
• Ability to stay organized and delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership capabilities

Salary: 1400 AED per month
