Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer an attractive salary of 1700 KD per month and are open to consider a foreigner for this position.

Qualifications and Experience
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods
• Ability to operate coffee machines and other related equipment
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly when they arrive at the cafe/restaurant
• Prepare different types of coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte etc. according to customer’s specifications
• Follow food safety guidelines when preparing beverages and food items
• Maintain cleanliness in the cafe/restaurant by washing dishes, wiping down counters etc.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently process payments
• Ensure quality control by tasting beverages before serving them to customers
