Barista – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for customer service. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 KD per month. We are also open to considering foreign candidates who can show that they meet the required qualifications.

Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the cafe. The Barista will take orders from customers, prepare drinks according to recipes, operate machinery such as espresso machines and blenders, and keep the work area clean and tidy.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment such as espresso machines
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare drinks according to instructions provided by customers or recipes
• Operate machinery such as espresso makers, blenders etc.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Take orders from customers over the counter or via phone/email
• Follow health and safety guidelines in order to ensure safety in the workplace
