Job Responsibilities:

• Developing new business opportunities by networking with existing customers and prospective clients;
• Maintaining customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information about products/services, anticipating customer needs, proactively resolving issues and following up on commitments; • Managing sales efforts by tracking progress toward goals through accurate record keeping (e.g., daily activities, weekly goals) and timely reporting of results to management; • Working closely with colleagues from other departments such as Marketing & Communications, Logistics etc. in order to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
