We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This position will be responsible for managing all activities related to sales, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales goals.

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated with a strong drive for success. They should possess a solid understanding of the company's products and services as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the market in which the company operates. They should have an outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships with customers quickly.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team by setting goals, conducting weekly meetings, providing feedback on performance, and creating an environment where all team members can thrive. Other responsibilities include: analyzing customer data to determine trends; developing strategies to increase sales; overseeing marketing initiatives; negotiating contracts with customers; attending trade shows and conferences; preparing reports; evaluating customer satisfaction; ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; and creating budgets.
