Position: Executive Chef

Salary: 1600/Monthly

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising all cooking staff in the kitchen, overseeing food preparation and presentation, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen, and managing food costs. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for developing new menus according to customer preferences and trends in the industry.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field required
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Excellent leadership, motivational, and organizational skills
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food production techniques and methods
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
