Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee beverages, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in the café.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare coffee drinks according to customers’ orders
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency of drinks
• Receive payments from customers
• Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Maintain knowledge of all café products
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with the training of new staff members

Qualifications / Skills
• Previous experience as a barista in a high-end café or restaurant is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Excellent knowledge of espresso machines, coffee brewing methods and latte art

Salary / Benefits
This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month plus benefits. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
