Job Vacancy: Secretary for Abu-Dhabi
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Secretary for our office in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED/month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative and clerical services, including responding to emails, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing databases
-Organize travel arrangements, both domestic and international
-Coordinate meetings and events
-Maintain records of office activities, including filing systems
-Prepare documents such as presentations, reports, memos, and newsletters
-Handle confidential data with discretion
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a Secretary or similar role in a professional office environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software programs as needed
