Job Title: Freelance HR Specialist
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least two years of professional experience in human resources management and have a deep understanding of the labor market.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, at least 2 years
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Supporting the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting background checks and interviewing them
• Overseeing onboarding procedures for new hires
• Developing job descriptions and job specifications for all positions
• Maintaining employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Reviewing employment contracts and offering advice on contract terms & conditions when necessary
