You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires you to have an understanding of current food trends and the ability to interpret customer requests into delicious meals. You will be responsible for creating dishes from scratch as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. You will also need to manage staff, plan menus, keep track of stock levels, order supplies, and ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
