Merchandiser – Abu-Dhabi, 1100 salary

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product inventory and pricing, developing merchandising strategies, and analyzing sales trends for our retail stores. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 and is open to immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales trends and recommend product adjustments to maximize profits.
• Ensure that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
• Monitor stock levels and order new products as needed.
• Work with buyers to select the best products for each store location.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase store profits.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, pricing, sales trends, etc.
• Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
