Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to assess potential building sites, measuring distances and angles between points, and interpreting data to create maps and documents. The ideal candidate should have some experience in land surveying and be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as theodolites and total stations.
• Measure distances and angles between points on a property or structure.
• Analyze data collected from field surveys to create maps, diagrams, sketches, reports, and other documents.
• Identify potential problems with the survey site or equipment.
• Monitor construction projects to ensure accuracy of measurements and compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports of survey findings for clients or managers.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in land surveying is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of operating specialized instruments, such as theodolites and total stations.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, sketches, diagrams, aerial photography, etc.
• Excellent math skills and knowledge of trigonometry is essential.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments for extended periods of time under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work long hours when needed to meet deadlines or other commitments.

Salary: AED 1600/month
