Salary: 1800 AED per month

We are looking for a highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and a strong ability to lead and manage teams.

The primary responsibility of the Supervisor will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

The Supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating tasks assigned to the team
• Developing strategies for maximizing output and efficiency
• Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback on their performance
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaising with other departments/teams to ensure smooth workflow
