We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our Abu-Dhabi operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our human resources division, from recruiting and onboarding new employees to implementing performance review processes, developing compensation strategies, and helping provide a positive workplace environment.

The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong management and organizational skills. They should be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, managers, and other stakeholders in the organization. Furthermore, they should have an excellent understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to HR management.

The main duties of the HR Manager will include recruiting qualified candidates for positions; administering payrolls; preparing job descriptions; conducting interviews; developing policies and procedures; managing employee training programs; ensuring compliance with applicable laws; identifying gaps in personnel procedures or policies; monitoring employee performance and resolving any issues that arise promptly.

We offer an attractive salary of 1300 per month for this role. We may also consider an immigrant applicant who meets the job requirements.
