Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and more. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's short-term and long-term goals
• Design job descriptions, recruiting plans, employee performance evaluation systems
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure the company is meeting its hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at both the local and federal levels
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures related to all aspects of human resources
• Oversee payroll processing services for employees in accordance with local regulations
• Analyze data related to employee performance management to identify trends or areas of improvement
• Monitor employee attendance records to ensure adherence to company policies
• Plan corporate events such as team building activities or social events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of labor law standards and best practices
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent problem solving abilities

Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
