We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 and are ready to consider foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the security industry, and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage staff, provide training, and ensure safety onsite. We expect an understanding of procedures, regulations, and best practices pertaining to security operations. The successful applicant must be willing to work long hours when required, and have the ability to think on their feet in response to changing situations.

The primary responsibility of the Security Manager will be to ensure the safety of staff, customers, property, equipment and data onsite. This will involve the development of strategies for reducing risk and providing an effective response in emergency situations. They will provide guidance on access control procedures, implement protocols for secure storage and distribution of confidential data, coordinate with law enforcement agencies when appropriate, and liaise with other security personnel onsite.

The Security Manager will also be responsible for recruiting new security personnel as needed, providing training for existing staff members, scheduling shifts according to operational needs, monitoring performance levels against set standards, carrying out assessments as required by regulations or management directives and disciplining staff when appropriate. In addition they may need to provide reports or presentations on security issues at various meetings or forums.
