We are searching for a highly motivated and qualified Security Manager for our business in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations at our facility.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think on their feet. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a security management role
• Experience in risk management and security protocols
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• A valid license or certification related to security operations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A strong knowledge of safety protocols with the ability to train staff in emergency procedures
• A valid passport or other travel documents (for immigrants)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
