Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. We are offering a salary of 1500 and are open to considering a foreigner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and documents
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Welcoming guests
• Maintaining office records
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
• Coordinating office activities
• Providing general administrative support to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration or similar roles
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred but not required
