Job Description
Supervisor - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner. The Supervisor will also be responsible for providing feedback and ensuring that all company objectives are met.

Responsibilities
• Supervise a team of employees, including assigning tasks and delegating responsibility
• Ensure the team meets all goals and deadlines
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on how to improve their skills
• Address any customer complaints in a timely manner
• Conduct regular meetings to keep employees up-to-date on changes or new strategies
• Assist with the recruiting, orienting, and training of new employees
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the workplace

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar industry/role
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: 900 per month
