Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys to collect data and identify boundary lines of land parcels. You must have excellent spatial awareness and be able to accurately interpret maps and diagrams. We are willing to consider an immigrant candidate for the position with a salary of 1400 SAR per month.

Job Duties

• Conduct field surveys using total station equipment, GPS systems, aerial photographs and other measuring tools
• Prepare survey reports by analyzing existing maps or data
• Collect topographical information such as contours of land areas
• Identify boundary markers to establish land parcels
• Ensure accuracy of survey results by double-checking calculations
• Document survey results in graphs, sketches or reports
• Maintain records of survey data
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Knowledge of surveying instruments and methods (GPS systems, total station equipment etc.)
• Excellent spatial awareness and mathematical skills
