Salary: 1700 SAR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to our recipes and standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Knowledge of international cuisines and techniques
• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food preparation
• Knowledge of cost control systems
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
• Open to immigrants with valid working papers

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the restaurant’s kitchen
• Ensure that all meals prepared meet quality standards set by the restaurant’s management team
• Track inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for cooking and ensure that these are always stocked properly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, work areas, etc. at all times
• Train kitchen staff on proper food safety practices and procedures
