Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a good understanding of the local market, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant such as staffing, scheduling, ordering of supplies and maintaining a high level of service standards
-Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and profitability
-Train and supervise restaurant staff
-Ensure that all health & safety regulations are followed
-Manage inventory control, cost control and budgeting
-Develop marketing strategies to promote business growth
Education & Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
-At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
-Strong knowledge of food & beverage regulations.
Salary: 1500 AED/month
