We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all personnel are meeting our standards of service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees. A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management is required. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to lead by example, ensuring that all personnel are following company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Some of the key responsibilities include: planning and coordinating daily operations; maintaining high standards for customer service; training, developing, and motivating staff; maintaining inventory levels; overseeing the financial performance of the restaurant; managing staff schedules; and developing relationships with customers and suppliers.
