Heavy Equipment Operator
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Job Description:
The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders. The individual must have the ability to read and understand operational instructions from supervisors and to ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times. The incumbent must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions for extended periods of time.

Job Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment;
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions;
• Knowledge of basic mechanics related to the operation of heavy equipment;
• Ability to accurately follow verbal/written instructions from supervisors;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Proven knowledge and experience operating various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, wheel loaders, backhoes, graders etc.;
• Demonstrated safety awareness when operating heavy machinery;
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues related to the operation of the machinery;
• Working knowledge of the proper use of safety gear when operating machinery;

Salary: 1700$ per month
