Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Al-Kuwait's Human Resources Department. This person will be in charge of ensuring that the company's human resources policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management to ensure that all personnel issues are handled effectively. This person will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and developing employees; administering employee benefits; and overseeing payroll processing. Additionally, they will develop methods to improve employee engagement and satisfaction as well as lead organizational development initiatives such as succession planning.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred but we are willing to consider candidates who have no experience but have a desire to learn and grow within our organization. The salary for this position is 1600 KD per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this position as well.
