As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running various machines to produce parts and components that meet quality standards. Your primary duties as a Machine Operator will include setting up machines at the beginning of the shift, ensuring they are operating correctly and efficiently throughout the shift, performing tests on products produced by the machine, and making minor adjustments or repairs when necessary. Additionally, you may be required to assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during production. You must also adhere to all safety regulations and maintain accurate records of production and performance.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with machines in a manufacturing environment or similar setting. You must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to read blueprints and schematics accurately in order to set up machines properly. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; however, preference will be given to applicants who have completed postsecondary technical education related to machine operation or similar fields. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as possess strong problem-solving skills in order to anticipate potential issues before they occur during production runs.
