Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to the given specifications. You will be required to read blueprints and program instructions rightly, set up the machine accordingly, and run test programs to ensure that the machine is functioning correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the machine's performance during production runs and making adjustments as needed to ensure that parts meet the desired standards of quality.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have at least a high-school diploma or equivalent experience with setting up and operating CNC machines. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge of mathematics is highly desirable as well as some basic understanding of engineering concepts. The candidate should also be able to interpret blueprints and program instructions accurately as well as have excellent problem-solving skills when it comes to troubleshooting machine malfunctions or errors.
